  • Vše by bylo v pořádku kromě snídaně (a to jen formou balíčku) nebyla zajištěna na sedmou ráno, recepční těžce neprofesionální, až sprostý (ne vůči mně, ale obecně). Jsem zvyklý na cokoliv, ale takto se recepční nechová, ať se děje co se děje.

  • krásné pokoje, velmi prostorné. Dobrá domluva v recepci

  • v 17.30 se nedalo objednat žádné jídlo (i když servírka se velmi snažila a udělala aspoň salát). Ranní snídaně byla dost chudá a hlavně se velmi pomalu doplňovalo, takže dost dlouho nebylo ani co si k jídlu vybrat.

Dobrý večer, děkujeme za Vaši zpětnou vazbu, hodně pro nás znamená. Jsme rádi, že jste byli spokojeni s naším personálem, naopak nás ale mrzí nedostatky na pokoji.
