  • Eine sehr schöne Zimmerausstattung und alles war sauber.

  • Das Personal war etwas unfreundlich und das Frühstücksbüffet etwas umfangreicher und abwechslungreicher sein können. (Obssalat) Nach halb neun gab es keine gekochten Eier mehr, obwohl es bis 10 Uhr gefrühstückt werden kann. Das Cafe war gar nicht geöffnet und wo war das Restaurant?

  • Nejasné ovládání topení - při příchodu na pokoj zima. Topení jsem vyřešil, ale stručná informace u ovládání by neuškodila.

  • Snídaně byla dostačující a personál ochotný.

  • Vzhledem k ceně za pokoj typu "Suit Business" ve výši 2.000,-CZK tj. cca 74,-EUR by mělo být zařízení v lepším stavu. Fleky na potazích křesel, několik lampiček nesvítilo, skleněná výpln mezi koupelnou a ložnicí nebyla upevněna v rámu, ale jen "naaranžována", takže při nechtěném doteku mohlo dojít k úrazu apod. V německy mluvících státech za 74,00 EUR na osobu a noc jsou pokoje ve vysoké kvalitě.

  • krásné pokoje, velmi prostorné. Dobrá domluva v recepci

  • v 17.30 se nedalo objednat žádné jídlo (i když servírka se velmi snažila a udělala aspoň salát). Ranní snídaně byla dost chudá a hlavně se velmi pomalu doplňovalo, takže dost dlouho nebylo ani co si k jídlu vybrat.
